Studies have shown that high-achieving students are more likely to completetheir degree on time. Given the academic preparedness of the first-time /full-time students accepted to Virginia Tech , we expected that after sixyears about 79.0% of them would have completed their undergraduate degree.

Returning / Part-time Students at Virginia Tech Represent 0.3% of the Class


of 2015 and 0.3% of all Their Bachelor’s Degree Graduations.With a six year graduation rate of 75.0% , returning students in the VirginiaTech class of 2015 who attended classes part-time were among the most likelyin the nation to graduate in a reasonable time. After eight years, thegraduation rate was 80.0% .Nationwide, the average graduation rate for returning undergraduates attendingclasses part-time is: 36.0% after six years and 37.8% after eight years.

Georgia Tech is Graduating Students Slower Than we Expected

After eight years, thegraduation rate was 50.0% .Nationwide, the average graduation rate for first-time undergraduatesattending classes part-time is: 21.6% after six years and 23.7% after eightyears.

After eight years, thegraduation rate was 85.9% .Nationwide, the average graduation rate for returning undergraduates attendingclasses full-time is: 53.8% after six years and 55.1% after eight years.

After eight years, thegraduation rate was 82.4% .Nationwide, the average graduation rate for returning undergraduates attendingclasses part-time is: 36.0% after six years and 37.8% after eight years.

After eight years, the graduationrate was 65.4% .Nationwide, the average graduation rate for returning undergraduates attendingclasses full-time is: 53.8% after six years and 55.1% after eight years.

After eight years, the graduationrate was 45.6% .Nationwide, the average graduation rate for returning undergraduates attendingclasses part-time is: 36.0% after six years and 37.8% after eight years.

Tennessee Technological University is Graduating Students Slower Than we


ExpectedStudies have shown that high-achieving students are more likely to completetheir degree on time. Given the academic preparedness of the first-time /full-time students accepted to Tennessee Technological University , weexpected that after six years about 62.6% of them would have completed theirundergraduate degree.
